Monkey Bread.  Its one of those things that everyone loves – pull apart, sweet, doughy, gooey bread with a fun name, what could be better?  Well this Caramel Apple Monkey Bread is down right addictive.

The people at Musselman’s Apple Butter have a fun new e-recipe book called “Put A Spin on Classic Recipes.”  You can click on the link for a free download of it.  It has several recipes with everything from Marinades and Sauces to Side Dishes and Bake Goods.  Something that jumped out at me was the Twisted Monkey Bread, Monkey Bread has always a favorite in our house and with it being the beginning of October, apples seemed the perfect twist.

Apple Butter is not something I really thought of as an ingredient in the past.  It was always more of a spread, but since meeting the Musselman’s people and working on a few recipes that included I’ve been surprised at how many different ways I could use it.  I’ve used in a several other recipes like Hot Apple Buttered Rum and Cider, Harvest Loaf with Apple Butter Glaze, Sweet and Spicy Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and most recently Cream Cheese and Caramel Apple Cupcakes.   Obviously I’ve put my Musselman’s Apple Butter to good use!

If you’ve never tried Musselman’s Apple Butter before, now is you chance.  First off, this Monkey Bread is A-Maz-Ing.  Seriously, its like apple pie mixed in with caramel dripping bread…yeah, its that good.  That’s not it though, Musselman’s is going to send one reader a package with Apple Butter and some recipe cards plus four decorative mini loaf pans with wrapping to gift your holiday baked goods.
